Claire McCaskill (D-MO) introduced legislation Friday that would cap wages in companies that receive federal bailout funds.
If approved, “The Cap Executive Officer Pay Act of 2009″ would require that no employee in such companies could earn more than the president of the United States ($400,000/yr.).
