It’s so funny to hear people like Rush and Newt call anyone racist. I mean, come on, we all have heard them babbling racist rants for years. They certainly should know well what makes one racist but if I worked for either of them, I’d be careful where I stand when they make such statements. Eventually, lightning MUST strike! It simply must.

At 5.25 percent this week, the average on a 30-year fixed-rate loan rose last week from 4.81 percent. This is the largest increase reported since October of last year last week and the highest rate to date in 2009.
