I wish mama said there’d be days like this, but she didn’t.

Now, she draws Medicaid for her assisted living as college kids mortgage their futures for degrees of diminishing worth while campus killings increase;  AT&T  bundles government surveillance with HBO, the biggest crooks never see the inside of a jail,  self-ordained, quasi-religious kooks seek to pillory gays for causing all of the world’s problems while they continue to “promote life,” advocating for/condoning the murder of abortionists and the bombing of public clinics, few even noticing as right-wing legislators equate capital punishment with their respect for the sanctity of life, America wipes its ass with its Constitution as its Supreme Court ignores the Executive Branch’s hostile takeover of both the Legislative and the Judicial, while brainwashed babies bearing bombs blow up complete strangers simply because America has for decades played a sinister, imperialistic game pitting all sides against the middle to ensure a steady supply of oil to fuel inefficient, gaudy, gas-guzzling moving monuments to unfettered capitalism,  produced for and piloted by pricks who couldn’t care less about our planet or its future.

This blog is intended to display and explain my thinly veiled opinions, largely to get them out of my system so I need not bore those with whom I interact on a casual basis, who to a person are ear-weary after years of patiently waiting for me to find the ideal medication.

It’s rated “PG” but not intended for kids. I welcome comments and input.  Please feel free to disagree.  I do reserve the right to edit or delete posts but will only do so if I find one’s language offensive, not because I disagree with his or her content.  I buy the notion that people can disagreee without becoming discourteous.   Since my interests include politics, that will appear here.  I also intend to eventually dwell on other subjects, which include faith, history, writing, film, photography, public discourse, hate, nonviolence, music and art.
